We are so excited that Josh & Laura Grace’s Texas wedding has been featured on Wedding Chicks … woohoo!!! As we have said in previous posts, we are big fans of inspiration blogs and one of our FAVORITES is Wedding Chicks!
Ben and I loved so many things about this wedding and are so pleased with the images that we captured. Josh and Laura Grace are two of the most amazing people we have met and we were so blessed to get the chance to document their day. We were recently featured in a 4 page spread in the spring/summer 2010 issue of the knot Michigan! The beautiful wedding of Eric & Kerri was selected and we couldn’t have been happier! The issue is on newsstands now if you are interested in picking yourself up a copy!
nyc : lifestyle portraits
Last Fall, we had the opportunity to travel over to Manhattan to photograph three wonderful families … we had such a blast photographing these adorable kids (and parents:) in Central Park, DUMBO, and Carl Shurz Park. Thank you all so much for having us come all the way to NYC to photograph your great families … we’ll hopefully see you again next year :)
dominican republic : destination wedding
In December we had the opportunity to fly south to Dan and Amber’s Dominican Republic destination wedding. It took place just outside of Punta Cana at the Majestic Colonial Resort and we had BEAUTIFUL weather and we couldn’t have asked for a better couple. Dan and Amber were sooooo nice and soooo much fun to work with … it made us want to do a happy dance (inside joke, sorry). Thank you all so much for having us be a part of your day and for proving to us once again that CANADIANS ARE AWESOME!! :)
out of the office : VACATION TIME!!!!
We are heading on vacation!!! This will be our first non-work related trip in a very very long time and after a crazy busy year we are excited to get away for a bit! We are headed on a cruise in the southern Caribbean with Ben’s family … woohoo! We’ll be gone starting Friday, December 18th and will return to the office after New Years … if you need to reach us the best way is email (info@harrison-studio.com) … we will have very limited email access so please be patient for our reply!

out of the office
Just wanting to let you all know that we will be out of the office starting Saturday, December 5th and will be back in starting Monday, December 14th. We are heading down to the Dominican Republic for a wedding and are pumped to get a little sunshine on our super white faces! josh + laura grace : wedding
As many of you know, we traveled down to Texas a few weeks ago to capture the wedding of Josh & Laura Grace! Everything about the event was just perfect and we were delighted to have been the photographers chosen to document this wedding. Josh and Laura Grace fit our style of photography to a perfect T which we just loved! The ceremony took place at the oldest baptist church in all of Texas while the reception was held at Josh’s parents ranch a few miles up the road from the church. This was such a special day for Josh & Laura Grace as well as their family and friends (all who were just wonderful people!) and we were so happy to be a part of it.
We had a hard time narrowing down the images so there are lots :)
